Cancel order

Orders can only be canceled prior to shipping. Once an order is canceled, a complete refund will be issued. Please be aware that if the item has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order; we appreciate your understanding.

Product Return

You may return items unconditionally within 7 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

1. The item must be unopened, in its original packaging, and unused;
2. The complete package, including any gifts, must be returned;
3. You are responsible for the shipping fees incurred for the return;
4. A receipt or proof of purchase from our official website is required to process your return;
5. Items that are damaged in any form cannot be returned.

Please note, important!

1. Returns are accepted only within 7 days of receipt; late requests will not be processed;
2. Returned items must be in the same condition as received, without any damage, breakage, or alterations;
3. Gifts must be returned along with the main package;
4. Items marked as non-returnable and free gifts cannot be returned;
5. Before sending back your items, please double-check them.

6. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning a product. Shipping costs are not refundable, meaning the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
7. We do not accept returned products that have been sent back without prior return requests. Please contact us via WhatsApp or call +92 3173659662 to obtain the return address before sending back your items, and please allow up to 24 hours for a reply to your inquiry.

Refund After receiving the return

1. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you a message to confirm its arrival and inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected;
2. Following approval of your refund, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 1-2 business days;
3. If you do not see the refund reflected in your original payment method after 1-2 days, please reach out to us.

About the shipping fee and tax

You are responsible for covering your own shipping expenses for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, meaning the cost of shipping your order will be deducted from your refunded amount.
