Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Used or damaged products are not eligible for a refund and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Refund Method: Refunds are issued as store order number only.

2. Warranty for Pumps

The warranty applies only if the pump isn’t functioning properly or stops working. No warranty is offered for other issues.

3. Return Shipping

Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Free Returns: If your return is due to a defect or shipping error, we will cover the return shipping.
