3-Month Warranty Coverage

Select Roschic products come with a 3-month warranty, which is clearly mentioned on the product page at the time of purchase.

Our warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faulty parts or performance issues
  • Features not working as intended

What we offer:

  • Free replacement of the faulty item or part
  • Exchange if the product is beyond repair

Not Covered Under Warranty

  • Damage caused by misuse or mishandling
  • Accidental drops or physical damage
  • Water or heat damage (unless stated otherwise)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper cleaning or storage
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Returns & Exchanges

You can return or exchange a product within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and in original packaging
  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong item
